Flint Walk
In Chengdu, China, Hexagon and Flint Walk collaborated on an innovative three-dimensional billboard project. This endeavor aimed to capture the intricate layers of scaffolding prevalent in the local environment. Drawing inspiration from the traditional internal structures of Chinese architecture juxtaposed with the contemporary grid-like scaffolding, the billboard serves as a testament to the evolution of the area.
In my role as an animator and 3D modeler, I played a pivotal part in bringing this vision to life. Tasked with conceptualizing ideas in collaboration with the clients, I refined the design through various iterations. Using Blender, I crafted detailed animations and models, each element carefully considered to reflect the essence of the project. Subsequently, I utilized Cinema 4D for its boolean operations and rendering capabilities, further enhancing the visual appeal of the final product.
